The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration and a fine richness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, black plum, ripe wild strawberry associated with touches of laurel berries, rose/flowers as wel as hints of grey pepper, nutmeg, spices and an imperceptible hnt of underwood/cedar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced an offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, ripe/juicy blackberry, small notes of plum associated with small touches of wild strawberry as well as touches of violet, nutmeg, chocolate and toasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are racy and well-built. Good persistence on notes of chocolate.
