The nose is fruity, racy and offers delicacy. It reveals notes of blackberry, small black fruits and small notes of very ripe raspberry associated with touches of racy minerality/flint (terroir) as well as fine hints of nutmeg, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a fine acidulous frame, tension as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of very ripe raspberry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/crushed blackberry associated with a touch of wild strawberry, cornflower, a fine touch of small blue fruits as well as hints of clove, caramelization and very discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length.
