The nose is elegant, racy and fruity. It reveals notes of very ripe wild strawberry, very ripe blackberry, small notes of liquorice associated with fine touches of sweet spices, aromatic herbs and a discreet hint of pastries/caramelization/chocolat. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a beautiful definition and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of very ripe raspberry, very ripe strawberry, small notes of cassis associated with fine hints of plum, dry violet as well as a subtle hint of caramelization, chocolate and liquorice. Good length. Tannins are elegant.
