The nose is fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of ripe quetsche plum, ripe cherry, small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, dry iris as well as fine hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a fine juicy/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy/fleshy plum, small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice, caramelization as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. Good length.
