The nose is spicy and offers power. It reveals notes of dry rose, grey pepper, small notes of small red berries associated with very fine hints of local copse and a subtle hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame and a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, wild red berries, small notes of rose associated with fine touches of dry violet, crunchy plum as well as a subtle hint of mild tobacco. Tannins are dry and ferm.
