The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers elegance. It reveals notes of very ripe wild strawberry, crushed small red berries, small notes of plum associated with a hint of fleshy bigarreau cherry as well as hints of liquorice, sugared mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a fresh frame and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy/juicy plum, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small touches of sugared mild tobacco. Good length. A very discreet hint of Cuben pepper on the persistence.
