Moccagatta – Bric Balin 2017 – Barbaresco

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a very fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with a subtle hint of lily, sense of the place and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, precision and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild raspberry, violet, small notes of plum associated with a discreet hint of sense of the place as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean. Good length. Tannins are finely dry. A very discreet chew on the persistence.
