The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a fine grain as well as a fine elegance. It reveals notes of small wild berries, ripe Boysen berry and small notes of aromatic herbs associated with very fine hints of liquorice, caramelization, cardamom and a discreet hint of underwood. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy Boysen berry and small notes of liquorice associated with fine touches of garrigue, cardamom and ceylan tea. Tannins are elegant.
