The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, violet and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of cornflower, crunchy strawberry as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper, camphor and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with touches of juicy blue fruits as well as hints of violet, cornflower, nutmeg, a discreet hint of liquorice and Cuben pepper. Tannins are elegant and well-built. An imperceptible hint of ripe almond on the finish.
