The nose is fresh, mineral and offers power. It reveals notes of wild berries, violet, iris, small notes of small wild red fruits associated with a hint of wild plum as well as a discreet hint of timut pepper. the palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize and a beautiful finesse of the fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, crunchy/juicy plum, small notes of iris associated with fine touches of juicy/crunchy wild raspberry as well as very fine hints of tea, cardamom and tonka bean. A very discreet hint of cocoa and crushed hazelnut on the finish/persistence.
