The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a fine grain. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, Quetsche plum and small notes of lilac associated with fine touches of violet, small wild fruits as well as fine hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy garriguette strawberry, fleshy plum and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, juicy/ripe blueberry as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper, sense of the place and spices. Tannins are racy and structuring. A very discreet hint of cocoa/tonka bean on the 4th caudalie.
