The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as very fine intensity. It reveals notes of candied Mirabelle plum, crystallized orange zests and small notes of jam associated with a touch of crushed quince as well as discreet hints of white flowers/lily of the valley, honey and an imperceptible hint of lavender. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension, precision, roundness as well as a certain small dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed quince, candied peach and small notes of candied lemon associated with hints of candied Mirabelle plum, marmalade as well as fine hints of honey, biscuit and a fine hint of elderberry flowers.
