The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, good definition, a small indulgence, a small richness, a fine freshness, minerality and a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy black cherry, fleshy / juicy strawberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy blueberry, violet associated with fine hints of liquorice, caramelization, discrete hints of camphor as well as with a subtle hint of tobacco and black olive. Good length. Presence of fine cocoa hints on the persistence.
