The nose is fruity and offers a small indulgence, elegance and a certain harmony. It reveals notes of fleshy wild raspberry, fleshy / ripe cherry and small notes of ripe cassis associated with fine touches of violet as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, cardamom, black olive and a very discreet caramelized / toasted hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, fine straightness / verticality, suavity / fat as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy violet associated with fine touches of fleshy / juicy Boysenberry, a discreet hint of cornflower as well as very discreet hints of olive black, caramelized, chocolate and with an imperceptible hint of bitterness (in the background). Tannins are elegant.
