The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, fine straightness / verticality, suavity / fat as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy violet associated with fine touches of fleshy / juicy Boysenberry, a discreet hint of cornflower as well as very discreet hints of olive black, caramelized, chocolate and with an imperceptible hint of bitterness (in the background). Tannins are elegant.
