In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/crunchy apple, crunchy/fresh pear and small notes of fresh/juicy citrus associated with fine touches of fresh pink lychee as well as a subtle hint of lemon zests and lemon flowers. A fine sapidity on the finish/persistance.
