The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a fine grain and a fine power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, violet plums and small notes of violet associated with small touches of wild strawberry, small wild fruits as well as fine hints of Sichuan pepper, a fine hint of Ceylan tea and very discreet hints of fresh nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame, a fine tension and density. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and small notes of violet plum associated with touches of raspberry as well as fine hints of violet, Ceylan tea and very discreet hints of flint and Sichuan pepper. Tannins are very finely marked and well-built. Very discreet hints of cocoa on the persistence.
