It reveals notes of violet, ripe/juicy Quetsche plum, Boysen berry associated with fine touches of cherry, hints of graphite, cornflower, lily and small hints of Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful precision as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of small red berries, crunchy plum as well as hints of cornflower, graphite and tobacco. Tannins are elegant and well-built. A very discreet hint of chocolate/caramelization from the 4th caudalie. Good persistence.
