It reveals notes of quince, ripe/juicy lemon and small notes of Mirabelle associated with small touches of small yellow fruits associated with fine hints of pear, lemon flowers as well as fine hints of beeswax, butter brioche and very discreet hints of hazelnut. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, a fine acidulous frame as well as a very beautiful finesse of the grain. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, pear and small notes of ripe/juicy lemon associated with touches of juicy/ripe mirabelle plum as well as hints of butter/ butter brioche and nutmeg. Beautiful persistence.
