The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a beautiful racy minerality as well as a small power and a good structure. It reveals notes of red berries, plum and small notes of blackcurrant leaves associated with fine touches of cornflower as well as fine hints of racy minerality, very discreet hints of Cuben pepper/white pepper as well as a subtle hint of sappy/acidulous pine nut and spices/nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as a small suavity, elegance, freshness and a good gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of small juicy/acidulous berries, raspberry and small notes of acidulous plum associated with fine touches of rise, cornflower, crunchy cherry as well as fine hints of tonka bean, cardamom and sappy pine nut. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet chew and a subtle hint of chocolate on the persistence.
