The nose is fruity and offers a very fine power and a discreet creaminess. It reveals notes of quince, apple and small notes of pear associated with fine hints of butter brioche and a very discreet hint of vanilla and ripe almond. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous, fat, tension as well as a fine effervescence. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, lemon and small notes of white fruits (brugnon, pear) associated with a subtle hint of lychee as well as discreet hints of butter and toasted (in the background). An imperceptible hint of ripe almond on the finish. Good length.
