The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful power, deepness, freshness and a flowery side. It reveals notes of cherry, cornflower and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of blackberry, crunchy raspberry, rhubarb as well as hints of racy minerality, sens of the place, very fine hints of Cuben pepper, rose and an imperceptible hint of Timut pepper and caramelization. The mouth is beautifully elegant and fruity and offers suavity, fat, richness (but full of elegance), power/density as well as an acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cornflower, ripe raspberry and small notes of small blue fruits associated with fine touches of rhubarb, plum as well as fine hints of racy minerality/sens of the place, hazelnut and very fine hints of dark chocolate/caramelization on the finish/persistence.
