The nose is fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of fresh strawberry, fresh flowers and small notes of fresh herbs associated with very discreet hints of fresh redcurrant and a very discreet hint of crunchy peach. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an almost aerial side, a mineral and finely acidulous frame as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with a touch of crunchy apple as well as discreet hints of white flowers. Very fine varietal/grassy hints on the finish/persistence.
