The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, delicacy, a fine tension, a good material as well as a very fine crunchiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy mandarine and small notes of zests associated with fine touches of small yellow fruits, quenette, lychee as well as an imperceptible hint of peach flowers and juicy apple. Good persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted hazelnut and an almost saline mineraity after the 2nd and 3rd caudalies.
