The nose is elegant, fruity, precise, clear and offers a small deepness. It reveals notes of mandarine, quince and small notes of crushed peach associated with discreet hint of kumquat, a subtle hint of flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful precision, tension, an acidulous frame, a small crunchiness, freshness as well as a very fine salinity (in the background). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of mandarine, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with very fine touches of zests as well as a subtle hint of pink lychee core and an imperceptible hint of spices. An imperceptible firmness and a small sapidity on the finish. Good persistence.
