The nose is fruity and structured. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small berries and small notes of warm local grove associated with a touch of crunchy small red fruits as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, racy, balanced, beautifully acidulous (acidulous frame) and offers precision, gourmandize, a fine tension, freshness, dynamism, a good finesse of the structure, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a fine deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy red berries, juicy / crunchy blackberry and small notes of crunchy / juicy cassis associated with small touches of violet, Cuben pepper as well as very discreet toasted hints, toasted almonds and a subtle hint of black olive (in the background). Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of hazelnut, cedar and vanilla on the persistence.
