St Supéry – Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Dollarhide Estate – Napa Valley

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine power and a small density. It reveals notes of crunchy vine peach, zests and small notes of apple associated with small touches of juicy/fresh lemon as well as very fine hints of quenette, flowers and subtle hints of racy minerality. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, gourmandize as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy mandarine and small notes of crunchy/juicy vine peach associated with fine touches of zests, a subtle hint of pink grapefruit as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of rose (in the background).
