The nose is elegant, fine and offers a fine freshness and a racy minerality. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of ripe/fresh blueberry, cornflower as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper and sweet spices/clove. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers juiciness, a good definition as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, juicy/fleshy raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of blueberry, violet as well as fine hints of cardamom/nutmeg and local forest ground. Tannins are elegant. An imperceptible hint of dry almond on the persistence.
