The nose is fresh, racy and offers concentration, a fine grain, elegance and power. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of small wild berries, Cuben pepper as well as fine hints of violet, nutmeg and tonka bean. The mouth is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers a good freshness, a mineral/finely acidulous frame and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe wild cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of wild berries associated with fine touches of raspberry, cherry as well as discreet hints of graphite, sens of the place and cocoa. Tannins are elegant. A beautiful persistence on mild tobacco/caramelization notes. Good length.
