The palate is juicy, gourmand and offers a very fine crunchiness, an acidulous frame as well as precision/definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red cherry Boysen berry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with fine touches of chocolate, caramelization, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of tea and sugared mild tobacco. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence.
