The nose is aromatic and offers a fine power, elegance and a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of vanilla, blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of strawberry, raspberry as well as hints of cherry blossom, sense of the place and very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition as well as finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of violet, sense of the place as well as fine hints of dark chocolate, liquorice and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length. Good persistence.
