The nose is fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of grey pepper associated with fine touches of tobacco, small red berries as well as fine hints of garrigue, pink pepper and an imperceptible hint of mocha. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a finely acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, very ripe/crushed cassis and small notes of violet associated with fine hints of thyme flower/iris as well as fine hints of liquorice, mocha and caramelization.
