The nose is fruity and offers power, concentration and a fine grain. This wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of cornflower associated with a touch of blueberry, bigarreau cherry, liquorice as well as a fine hint of crushed red berries as well as fine hints of sweet spices, tea and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of violet, cornflower, iris as well as fine hints of camphor, liquorice stick and a discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background).
