The nose is mineral. It reveals notes of quince, flint and small notes of yellow plums associated with very fine hints of mandarin and small notes of lily of the valley. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition, freshness as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, flint and small notes of fresh mandarin associated with fine touches of zests as well as hints of small yellow fruits and a discreet hint of crunchy pear. Good length.
