The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, dynamism as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, juicy/ripe quince and small notes of acidulous Mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of juicy green apple as well as fine hints of exotic fruits and zests. Good length.
