The nose is elegant, fresh, fruity and offers a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of fresh ripe cassis, fresh ripe wild raspberry and small notes of wild cherry associated with touches of violet, cornflower, sens of the place and fine hints of spices (liquorice). The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers definition, precision, a mineral/acidulous frame, freshness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain/precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, juicy/fleshy cassis and small notes of juicy/fleshy plum associated with small touches of fleshy/juicy raspberry, very fine hints of flowers as well as subtle hints of chocolate and caramelization. Good persistence with hints of chocolate and toasted almond.
