The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers fat, unctuosity, a juicy/acidulous frame as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied yuzu and small notes of candied peach associated with small touches of candied Mirabelle as well as hints of exotic fruits, honey, pâtisseries as well as a discreet hint of hazelnut/roasted hazelnut and vanilla. Good length and good persistence.
