The nose is elegant, well-built and offers power and concentration. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe cherry and small notes of small wild fruits associated with very discreet hints of Cuben pepper, racy minerality, nutmeg, liquorice, spices and an imperceptible almost saline hint/olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very finely firm and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, gourmandize, a good definition as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, liquorice and small notes of black cherry associated with fine touches of liquorice, blueberry as well as very discreet hints of cocoa and racy minerality. Tannins are fine and very finely firm. A very beautiful gourmandize on the finish/persistence on notes of crushed almond, chocolate, fleshy/juicy fruits and very discreet hints of zan.
