The nose is elegant, fruity and offers minerality, freshness as well as a small captivation side. It reveals notes of small white fruits, litchee and small notes of fresh/juicy kumquat associated with discreet touches of zests, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of jasmine, terroir/sense of the place, juicy/ripe berries and an imperceptible hint of olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, precision as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kumquat, juicy/fresh zests and small notes of litchee associated with a fine hint of jasmin as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality. Good length. A fine chew/a fine crunchiness as well as a very fine sapidity on the finish. Good length and good persistence. A beautiful wine !
