The nose is fruity, fresh, well-structured, precise and racy. It reveals notes of dried lemon zest, juicy quince and small notes of juicy mirabelle plum associated with discreet hints of nectarine and a very discreet hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, a fine tension, gourmandise, racy minerality, fat as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of acidulous / juicy mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of crunchy nectarine / apple. Good length.
