On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, juicy / ripe quince and small notes of ripe / juicy kumquat associated with slight touches of white fruits, ripe yellow fruits, very fine slight of racy minerality, discreet vinous hints as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and brioche butter / hay (in the background).
