The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand, very finely tight and offers richness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of candied/crushed pear, candied/crushed apple and small notes of litchee associated with fine touches of quince, candied Mirabelle plum, hints of fresh citrus as well as very discreet hints of ginger and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, tension, fat (well-controlled), a good freshness as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied/crushed pear, litchee and small notes of candied vine peach associated with fine touches of exotic fruits as well as very discreet hints of dry apricot, white flowers, honey as well as an imperceptible hint of almond/almond flowers. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of caramelization on the persistence. A very beautiful and elegant wine.
