The nose offers a fine power, a fine freshness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of quince, pear and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with fine hints of toasted as well as a discreet hint of toasted, smoke/grilled bread. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, William pear and small notes of yellow peach associated with fine hints of mirabelle plum as well as fine hints of flowers, discreet hints of toasted/grilled bread and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length. A very discreet hint of green apple, flowers and grilled on the persistence.
