Ultimate 2018 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandise as well as a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of ripe / fleshy lemon, ripe / fleshy mandarin and small notes of fleshy peach combined with slight hints of crushed pears and a subtle hint of exotic fruit. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, slightly tight and offers a good suavity, gourmandise, a fine tension as well as a mineral pattern. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed nectarine, crushed pear and small notes of juicy citrus associated with slight hints of exotic fruit / quenette.
