The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness / concentration. It reveals notes of orange blossom, tangerine and small notes of quince associated with small touches of white fruit as well as a very discreet hint of rose and garrigue / olive. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, ripe / juicy orange and small notes of white fruits (brugnon, pear) associated with a touch of quenette as well as a subtle hint of cassis. Good length. A gastronomic rosé !
