The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe raspberry, ripe lemon and small notes of juicy peach associated with a subtle hint of yuzu and a hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, freshness, minerality, precision, a good structure, purity as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh green apple and small notes of fresh / juicy vine peach combined with fine touches of crunchy pineapple as well as a subtle hint of yuzu, fresh / juicy apricot and an imperceptible hint of flowers.
