The nose is fine, elegant, racy and offers a very beautiful aromatic finesse. It reveals notes of violet, blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of fleshy plum / cornflower, toasted, caramelization, hints of Cuben pepper, very discreet hints of graphite, spices and an imperceptible hint of lily and cardamom. The palate is fruity, elegant, beautifully defined, precise, very discreetly tight and offers a fine tension, a beautiful finesse of the grain, verticality, dynamism as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of caramelization associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, crunchy / juicy purple plum as well as hints of vanilla Bourbon, graphite, tonka bean, cardamom, very discreet hints of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of tea / sweet blond tobacco (in the background). Tannins are elegant and offer a subtle chew. Very beautiful persistence.
