The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of blackberry, graphite and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of cherry, red berries, slight hints of liquorice, green pepper as well as discreet varietal hints and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, a good tension / verticality, juiciness as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, red berries and small notes of wild crunchy blackberry associated with fine touches of crunchy cherry, iris / varietal as well as slight hints of caramelization / chocolate. Tannins are very finely marked.
