The nose is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a beautiful juicy / ripe fruit as well as crunchiness. It reveals notes of juicy / ripe red cherries, cassis and small notes of blackberry combined with fine touches of violets, wild small fruits as well as hints of liquorice and very discreet hints of spices / Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, precision, tension, a racy minerality, suavity as well as a beautiful dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy / crispy cherry and small notes of crunchy / juicy raspberry associated with small touches of cassis, liquorice as well as discreet hints of violet, cocoa and dried almond. Tannins are elegant, fine and well-built. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of black tea on the persistence. A good and gourmand wine !
