The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, gourmandize, roundness / suavity as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy apple and small notes of peach associated with fine touches of mandarin zest as well as discreet hints of mandarin, quenette / exotic fruits and very discreet hints of racy minerality. Good length. Sapidity on the finish. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
