The nose is aromatic, rich, elegant and offers concentration and a racy power. It reveals notes of dry plum, prune and small notes of jam associated with very fine touches of dry zests (lemon, citrus) as well as very fine hints of ginger bread, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of nougatine. The palate is fresh, racy, fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, a fine minerality as well as power. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of dry lemon, jam and small notes of white fruits associated with very fine hints of pâtisseries/caramelization. Good length.
